These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the terms and conditions of use of the website (hereinafter referred to as "this Site") operated by AMAGAL Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). All users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") are required to use this Site in accordance with these Terms.

Article 10 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)

Users may not transfer their position under the usage agreement or rights or obligations under these Terms to third parties or provide them as collateral without prior written consent from the Company.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  2. In the event of any dispute regarding this Site, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
