These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the terms and conditions of use of the website (hereinafter referred to as "this Site") operated by AMAGAL Inc. Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
- In the event of any dispute regarding this Site, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
